Paul Washer is an American Protestant Christian evangelist with a Calvinist theology affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention.

He is also the Director and Administrator of HeartCry Missionary Society.

Washer became a believer while studying to become an oil and gas lawyer at the University of Texas.

After graduating, Paul moved to Peru and worked as a missionary for ten years, during which time he founded the HeartCry Missionary Society in order to support Peruvian church planters. Currently, HeartCry supports indigenous missionaries throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Eurasia, North America, and Latin America.

Paul relocate to the United States of America and settled in Radford, Virginia in 2010 where he continues with his work as the mission director of HeartCry.
